Both links you shared reference the same App, but I appreciate the promotion!

QueueMan – The Open Source Android app for Netflix subscribers.

The official project page is hosted with Google;

And the application is 100% approved by Netflix, though not explicitly endorsed.

Quick observation: Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen is a 2-star movie currently on Netflix and The Proposal is a 3-star movie. I guess that wouldn’t look so good in a promotion though, huh?
