Tivo IS a better product, but why would someone want to build a profile on this site. The antenna gag seems weak to me. I used to use (and love) my Tivo until it broke. I hope TiVo hired some college interns for the drudgery. Here's what I'd like see in v1.5: Provide my personalized URL without making me sending an email message (to myself). Somehow tie this into my Now Playing list, let me add friends, and then share suggestions. And if TiVo gives me some sort of little badge, I'll even put it on my blog. I made myself a profile.
