I've noticed on the Motorola Ch2go blog that Google also places high as a subscriber tool, though the only other specific aggregators mentioned are BlogPulse and Netvibes. Everything else is either Web Browsers (like a myYahoo page?) or thrown into the "Other" category.

I use Google Reader plus my Google desktop bar as a kind of "Stumble Upon" mechanism.

Ah, good info Big John and Cassidy... Turns out that top stat is inclusive of both Google Reader and iGoogle.

I think Bloglines is more attractive than Google, but Google is more efficient which is why I use it. I probably scan too many feeds for a custom Google homepage to work.

I'm iGoogling as well, with a Google Reader widget for some feeds, and the regular headline widgets for others.

I don't use Google Reader, instead I use iGoogle - better as a homepage and RSS aggregator (headlines only)

My Google Reader is acting funny, (Kinja is my backup) so I took a look again at Bloglines and NewsGator (at the same time, trying to remember why I don't use them) and see if things have changed for the better- eww, they aren't very intuitive and pain to navigate. So, I'll stick to Reader and Kinja.
