Aside from their being no ATSC guide data for S3 units in Canada, my biggest surprise after purchasing my S3 unit is that TiVo continues to treat their highest end unit as an unloved step-child. Why the heck does TiVo continue to provide updates/upgrades to S2 units without making the same available on the S3 units. Crazy!
