Mac Dashboard TiVo Blog Aggregator

Alex over at TiVo Blog has crafted a Mac Dashboard blog aggregator utilizing Yahoo Pipes (what?) allowing him to provide universal feed updates. The initial blogroll includes

TiVoBlog
ZatzNotFunny (only TiVo content)
TiVoLovers
Zeigen.com (only TiVo content)
DavisFreeberg.com (only TiVo content)
TiVo’s Official Blog (even though it isn’t updated that often)
TVSquad (only TiVo content)

As a relatively new full-time Mac user, I’m not entirely sold on the Dashboard concept. Fortunately, Andy turned me on to the developer mode — allowing me to attach Widgets directly to the Desktop. Take that, Jobs!

A Mac developer at work told me about the Amnesty Widget Browser which sounded pretty cool… until they wanted $20 for it. Yahoo Widgets and Google Desktop provide similar Dashboard functionality for free.
