Ad revenue is closer to $.25 than $1.00 and no way $1.16. Ad revenue FELL in Q3 and Product Watch vaporized.

You are assuming newest subs last 69 months; that $13/mo lasts 69 months; that old LTs which are not being replaced last 69 mos.; all inappropriate assumptions.

Your NPV(L) is totally wrong. NPV(l)=$299-(NPV of -$1.11(wrong; -$2.00 ish) over X(69?) months discounted at 12%(?)) A VERY POSITIVE NUMBER.

If Tivo generated ad revenue of 1.85 million per month last quarter, that would amount to about 10% of quarterly revenue; if it were more than 5% they would have to break it out as a separate line item in their financial statements.</description>
