The BellSouth website has <a rel="nofollow" href="http://www.bellsouth.com/consumer/tivo_dsl.html" rel="nofollow">some details posted</a>: <em>When you upgrade your FastAccess DSL speed within the promotional period, and are an active residential customer, you can receive a free TiVo DVR box plus three free months of TiVo service, with a minimum one-year commitment to TiVo.</em> From what I gather it’s just a marketing arrangement.
